PhotoLove prints your digitial memories on Vintage Paper in Instant Film look. We send your photos pretty packaged to your home!
Which photos can I print with PhotoLove?
PhotoLove offers easy connections to the following services: Instagram, Facebook, Google, Dropbox, flickr & EyeEm. Further can you upload you pictures simply on our website – this also works on your smartphone!
I am not using Facebook or Instagram, can I order my photos anyway?
Of course! Besides connections to social services, we offer a traditional upload form.
What print products do you offer?
We offer several products. You can find classic Instant Film style prints as well as customized prints with a back side of your choice. Our newest product are our Photo Stripes (sold as bundle: 6 stripes with 4 photos each) - inspired by the good old photo booth.
When will I receive my order?
We are producing multiple days a week, but not every day. We need normally max. 1-3 working days until production. After max. 1 day of production your order will be shipped. The shipping time depends on the destination. Standard times: Germany 1-2 working days, EU 3-5 working days, others 7+ working days.
Which payment methods are offered?
You can pay via PayPal, credit card (VISA & MasterCard), Maestro, SOFORT Banking and advance money transfer. Of course without extra charge! If you choose advance money transfer, we will wait with the production until we received the full amount. You should only choose this option within Europe. Please select the cost option OUR and Euro as currency when paying from outside of Germany.
How much is the shipping?
The standard shipping via regular air mail is 1.95 EUR within Germany and 2.95 EUR outside. For orders above 30.00 EUR the delivery is free of charge! You can optional choose insured shipping via DHL. The prices will be calculated during checkout. We highly recommend this option for large orders!
Can I track my order?
Our standard shipping via air mail cannot be tracked. If you choose insured shipping via DHL, you will receive a tracking link together with your shipping confirmation.
How can I change/cancel my order?
If you make a mistake in your order, please contact us within 30 minutes. We are here to help you to correct your mistake. As soon as your order is in our production, a cancellation or change is not longer possible.
Why can't I choose between the packages?
Our style of packaging is connected to the quantity of selected prints:
1-4 Prints = PhotoMail (compact envelope)
5-12 Prints = PhotoBag (nice bag)
13-24... Prints = PhotoBox (kraft box)
We also offer a noble & handmade gift box for your prints.
Why can't I order more than 6 stripes?
Currently we only offer a fixed bundle of 6 stripes with 4 photos each. So your order is guaranteed to fit into our cool custom envelope.
How can I order multiple packages/boxes?
You want multiple sets of boxes, stripes, or prints AND stripes at the same time? From now on, by combining multiple PhotoLove orders to the same address you only pay shipping costs once (none for first orders above 30 EUR). Applies solely for orders within the EU.
Place your first PhotoBox or Stripes order as usual. Then place your following order as well. Your address is already registered, thus you can click to combine your multiple orders.
How does the front side of the prints look like?
Our Vintage Prints are inspired by the good old Instant Film. That's why we print a light structure on the frame. It is - just like the analog original - not pure white.
Which information can be printed on the back?
We currently offer 3 back options. The option "Vintage Instant Film" offers no information. This variant reflects the style of the original instant photos.
With the option "Memory Back" we can print the following options among others depending on the image source: map (place of picture), date, camera, camera settings, number of likes, number of comments, tagged persons, description, used filter
The information must be present in the image file itself or come as meta information from the image source (e.g. Facebook or Instagram)
Further we offer a complete customized back of your prints (+ 20ct/print). Simply upload a reverse image or type your text into our editor. How can I have a map printed on the back of my pictures?
We can only print maps when the photo contains geo information. This can either come from Instagram, Facebook, etc. or directly from the image file (when uploading). Here a few helpful links on the topic geo tagging:

What print quality do you offer?
To offer a vintage Instant Film experience we use digital printing onto our strong "Vintage Paper". Our prints are robust, glossy and the frame resembles the structure of a Instant Film photo.
The color profile might be a little different to viewing on your monitor or smartphone, due to the conversion from RGB to CMYK.
Do you edit the photos?
No. We print the pictures as we get them. The vintage look results from the form and feel of the prints. If you like you can apply one of our unique vintage filters and your prints even more special. Please make sure to rotate your photos upright before ordering!
What resolution should my photos have? What does "low image resolution" mean?
For best quality you photos should have at least 882 pixels per side. Smaller resolutions can result in blurry prints or artefacts.
